HOTEL POLICIES

CHECK-IN, CHECK OUT & EXTENSION

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out will be charged 50% of the base room rate.

  • Please present valid government-issued identification or passport of all staying guests, booking voucher (electronic or printed) and settle full payment upon check in. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • A cash deposit of Php 1000 for the length of stay is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room.

  • There will be an additional charge of 4% of the total room rates if payment is made through credit/debit card terminal.

  • Guests should inform the reception for extended room accommodation.

  • Minors under 18 years, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellation of extensions and walk-ins.

 

EXTRA PERSONS

  • Only 2 visitors are allowed per room. All visitors of guests must be registered at the Front Desk. Each visitor staying beyond 10 will be charged an overnight stay of Php 600.

  • Standard occupancy and maximum allowed occupancy per room type is strictly followed for the comfort and security of all guests.

  • Extra person using existing bedding will be charged Php 300 per night.

  • Extra person with additional bed setup will be charged Php 600 per night.

  • Children 7 years old and below are free of charge

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • Guests must complete a Health Declaration Form upon check in.

  • Body temperature checking using a thermal scanner at the hotel entrances shall be undertaken for all guests by qualified health or medical staff or trained hotel personnel. Only guests cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter the hotel perimeter to check-in. Those with fever and flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the establishment and will be referred to nearest hospital.

  • Guests shall be advised to disinfect their shoes using sanitizing mats provided at the entrances.

  • Physical distancing, wearing of face mask, proper handwashing / hand sanitizing practice must be observed at all times.

  • Due to 50% capacity of workforce, housekeeping service will be until 5:00 PM and front desk personnel will be until 12:00 MN only.

IN-ROOM POLICIES

​

  • Pets are not permitted in the hotel.

  • All rooms are non-smoking. Violators will be charged Php 1000 cleaning fee.

  • An incidental fee of Php 1000 is charged per lost key.

  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Damaged properties will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

  • Bringing food with unpleasant odor is not allowed inside the hotel rooms. Cleaning fee will be charged of Php 1000.

  • Refrain from causing loud noises and playing loud music that may disrupt other guests by 10:00 pm.

  • Guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay, please this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.

  • A guest may not use his or her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guest personal hygiene and comfort.

  • In-room massage is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged Php 1000 fee.

  • Air conditioning units and lights must be turned off if guests will be leaving the hotel premises. Rooms may be checked by housekeeping if air conditioning units and lights turned off.

 

SAFETY & SECURITY

  • Artemis Place Makati Hotel has the right to request persons who may cause disruption or anxiety to other guest due to loss of self-control as a result of diminished capacity, use of illegal drugs, narcotics, alcohol consumption, or any other reason to refrain from staying at the hotel. Artemis Place Makati Hotel will not be liable for any injuries due to loss of self-control as a result of diminished capacity, use of narcotics and alcohol consumption within the hotel premises during events endorsed by the hotel.

  • Artemis Place Makati Hotel will not be liable for any damages in the property caused by the guest. Incidental charges will apply and will be charged to account.

  • For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the room or other areas in the hotel premises.

  • Should a guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel may assist in the provision of medical assistance or arrange for the guest to be taken to the hospital. Expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.

  • All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in.  Parking for registered guest(s) is free.  All vehicles are parked at the risk of the vehicle owner.
